Design Consultation

The best place to start any project. In one visit, Chris reviews your home, your goals, and your budget, and gives you a practical path forward. That might be a renovation plan, a list of priorities, or the honest answer that a smaller fix will do the job.

Good for: renovation planning, floor plan changes, older-home updates, waterfront and tight-lot challenges, deciding what to tackle first, and investment or short-term rental properties.

Additions

More room without moving. We plan additions that fit your home's style, your lot, and local zoning, then coordinate the foundation, framing, roofing, utilities, and finish work through one contract.

Common projects: bedroom and bath suites, family rooms, kitchen bump-outs, second-story additions, and garage additions.

ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units)

Massachusetts now allows ADUs by right on many single-family lots, which opens new options for family, guests, or rental income. We help you understand what your lot allows, plan the layout, and manage the build, including septic and utility capacity, which is often the deciding factor on the Cape.

Common projects: garage conversions, garage-with-apartment builds, detached cottages, and in-law suites.

Decks
