Reimaging Waterfront Living

Long Pond | Lakeville, Massachusetts

Located directly along the shores of Long Pond in Lakeville, this property presented an exciting opportunity to completely reimagine an existing home and unlock its full potential.

Purchased with the intention of undertaking a full-scale renovation, our goal was to rethink the home's layout, functionality, and overall design to make the most of both the existing structure and its unique waterfront location. Rather than simply updating what was already there, we approached the project with a fresh perspective, looking at how each space could be improved, expanded, and better utilized.

Through thoughtful design and careful planning, we worked to maximize the home's available square footage while creating a more functional and inviting living environment. Every aspect of the renovation was considered with the owners' lifestyle in mind, from improving the flow between living spaces to creating areas that would comfortably accommodate family gatherings, everyday living, and time spent enjoying the property.

Equally important was bringing the owners' personal vision to life. The design, finishes, and overall aesthetic were selected to reflect their individual style and create a home that felt uniquely theirs. The result is a complete transformation that combines improved functionality, maximized living space, and a fresh design approach, all while making the most of its beautiful setting along Long Pond.

What began as a full renovation became an opportunity to create a home tailored around the way the owners live, entertain, and enjoy time with their family.
